We can process the structural steel components according to drawings or design based on the owner's requirements to ensure component quality.
Our company has two manufacturing and processing bases covering an area of over 44,000 square meters, which include material storage workshops, machining workshops, riveting and welding workshops, steel structure welding workshops, assembly workshops, painting workshops, and electrical assembly workshops.

All raw materials, including steel sections, are sourced from top domestic steel manufacturers and undergo stringent testing by our company. - Laser Cutting
All metal sheets are laser-cut, with cutting precision controlled within ±0.3mm. - CNC Machining
All components are processed using CNC machines with the brands of Tongkuai and Toshiba. The bending and sheet metal processing precision controlled within ±0.2mm. - Component Selection
The components for our company’s silo machine, such as motors, reducers, bearings, are sourced from top Chinese brands, but international brands like Siemens, Flender, SKF, etc., can also be used based on owner's requirements.
